REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided with written requests.

  • Please submit your request for refund to Barrie Minor Baseball, to the Attention of the Registrar at registrar@barriebaseball.com.

  • Please allow approximately three weeks for processing from the time of your request.

  • Refunds of amounts paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque has cleared the bank.

  • Administration, fundraising, and City of Barrie surcharge fees will not be refunded.

  • Requests prior to May 1st shall be granted a full refund minus a $20 Administration Fee.

  • Requests made between May 1st & May 31st will be prorated minus a $20 Administration Fee.

  • No refunds will be considered after May 31st

  • There will be a $30 fee charged for any NSF Cheques.

  • All House League players must be paid in full no later than May 1st or they will be replaced with waiting list players at that time.

  • All Rep/Select players must have their base registration and deposit paid in full by March 15th.  By mid April additional rep fees will be determined with the balance applied to the players existing account which must be paid in full no later than April 31st.
